By accessing or using the Tributly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Tributly. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Tributly, including photos, memorial biographies, and comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Tributly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App's services.
You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content you provide and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon deletion, your memorial and associated comments will be permanently removed.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tributly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure. Google may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies as our infrastructure provider. Public memorials are visible to other Tributly users on the memorial feed.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your memorial and all associated comments are permanently removed from our systems (cascading deletion). Uploaded photos are also deleted from storage.
We use Firebase's built-in security features to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Tributly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.
